BNP Communities, LLC is the developer of Bella Grande and is the
product of the combined interests of Kevin Bessolo, AIA, Emmet Nelson, and
Paragon Mortgage, Inc. The development group excels in site selection, due
diligence, financial feasibility, architectural design, engineering, and
construction. BNP Communities, LLC seeks to develop projects ranging from
$5MM to over $100MM.
Kevin Bessolo, AIA is the President and owner of Bessolo Design
Group, Inc and Custom Construction Concepts; two highly respected
companies involved with the revitalization of the local real estate
market through architectural design, construction, and real estate
development. Bessolo Design Group has been in business 15 years and
achieved a great level of success because of Mr. Bessolo’s vision of
offering the ultimate in client service, proven by his long list of
repeat clients. The firm has grown over 20 employees and can offer all
services of real estate development including architecture, engineering,
construction, and real estate acquisition & sales. Mr. Bessolo’s
experience includes a multitude of projects including medical,
multi-family, independent & assisted living, community centers,
corporate commercial, education, and retail facilities. As an architect,
some of the local condominium projects he has designed and supervised
include La Contessa, Bella Playa, Beach Club & Beach Cottages.
Mr. Bessolo graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters
Degree in Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture.
Throughout his successful career, Mr. Bessolo and his firm have been
recognized nationally in several publications and have won numerous
awards for outstanding design.
Paragon Mortgage, Inc. is the financial partner in Bella Grande.
Paragon brings a wealth of expertise in raising debt and equity capital for
all types of investors. Paragon is a full service lending institution that
is focused on financing residential and commercial real estate. Last year
Paragon Mortgage, Inc. funded over $125,000,000 in residential loans and over
$70,000,000 in commercial loans. Paragon also develops residential and
commercial properties throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties.
Santosh
Govindaraju as CEO of Paragon Mortgage, Inc. brings investment experience
and financial management to the team. Under his direction, Paragon Mortgage, Inc.
has grown to over 50 employees with offices in three counties, offering a full
range of commercial and residential financing services. In addition, Mr. Govindaraju
is an avid real estate investor. Prior to Paragon Mortgage Inc., Mr. Govindaraju
worked as a trader of fixed income derivatives with the Wall Street firm of Lehman
Brothers, Inc.
Mr. Govindaraju graduated from the Wharton School of Business and the School of
Engineering and Applied Science of the University of Pennsylvania with degrees in
Finance, Entrepreneurial Management and Systems Engineering. Due to his success and
benevolent efforts in the local community, Mr. Govindaraju was recently presented
with the Indo-US Chamber of Commerce’s “Business Man of the Year” award.
